Administrative Secretary

  Position Description
General Summary/Scope
Provides secretarial and administrative supports to General manager and the respective team to ensure smooth flow of work
Major Responsibilities/Duties
- Independent correspondence and phone answering
- Travel arrangements and appointment scheduling
- Gathers data from different sources, prepares and edits reports
- Initiates follow-up actions to ensure and expedite flow of work
- Organizes and maintains files and records
- Handles general office duties and ad hoc projects as required. May be required to travel to provide on-site supports for meetings and executive visits


 Position Requirement

- College
- 2 years or more working experience in administrative/secretarial capacity
- Good written and spoken English
- Skilful in using office software
- Highly initiated, Good communication and people skills
